Terms of Service

KitaWork is operated by [ORGANIZATION NAME] together with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) of Carrascal, Cantilan, Madrid, Carmen, and Lanuza. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with them, do not create an account and do not use the service.

You must be of legal working age and able to enter into an agreement. You must register with your own real identity: a job seeker registers as themselves, a business employer registers a business it is authorised to represent, and an individual hirer registers as the person who will be hiring.

Every account is reviewed by the PESO office of the municipality you select before it is activated. We may decline an account, and a declined account and its uploaded documents are deleted after 30 days.

• Keep your password to yourself and do not let anyone else use your account.
• Turning on two-factor authentication is strongly recommended.
• The information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you think someone else has access to it.

Registration requires a government ID, or a business permit or DTI certificate for a business employer. A PESO admin checks these before activating your account. Job posts are also reviewed before they are published.

Changes to information that other users can see — your About text, your phone number, your website, and your photo or logo — are reviewed by an admin before they replace what is currently published. Until a change is approved, the previously approved version stays visible. You can cancel a pending change at any time.

Information confirmed at registration — your name, email address, municipality, business name, industry, and your uploaded documents — cannot be edited in the app. If any of it is wrong, send a correction request from Account Settings and an admin will handle it.

• Impersonate another person or business, or use forged or altered documents.
• Post work that is illegal, unsafe, discriminatory, or that you do not actually intend to hire for.
• Ask for payment from a job seeker as a condition of being hired.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse anyone, or send unsolicited advertising through the messaging feature.
• Collect other users' personal data for any purpose other than the job you are hiring for or applying to.
• Attempt to bypass the review process, the access rules, or any other security measure of the platform.

We may suspend or remove an account, a job post, or a message that breaks these rules.

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting it you give us permission to display it to the people the service is designed to show it to, as described in the Privacy Policy, for as long as your account exists.

You are responsible for what you post, and it must be yours to post or something you have permission to use.

KitaWork introduces job seekers to employers and hirers. We are not a party to any agreement you make with another user, we do not employ anyone through the platform, and we do not guarantee that a job post will result in work, that an applicant will be suitable, or that either side will honour what they agreed.

Verification confirms that a PESO admin reviewed the documents provided. It is not a guarantee of any user's conduct. Take the same care you would take with any other employer or worker.

The service is provided as it is. It may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and features may change. We aim to keep your data safe and available, but we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

You may deactivate your account at any time, which closes your job posts and hides your profile while keeping your data so you can come back. You may also delete your account, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy and cannot be undone.

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, or where PESO withdraws its approval of the account.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will raise the version number and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Continuing to use KitaWork after that means you accept the updated terms.
